<p><strong>Your job:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Administration, maintenance and continuous quality assurance of data in relevant systems and databases</li> <li>Coordinating, preparing and executing data releases in accordance with internal standards and release processes</li> <li>Managing translation workflows, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external language service providers</li> <li>Entering, validating and updating data while ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency</li> <li>Preparing and structuring data for technical authors, ensuring high reusability and adherence to editorial and semantic requirements</li> <li>Working in a Component Content Management System (CCMS) to maintain, enrich and structure modular content</li> <li>Supporting interdisciplinary and international teams with data-related and information structuring tasks</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your qualification:</strong></p> <ul> <li>B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc./M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc./MCA in relevant field with 4+ years of professional experience as a content data specialist</li> <li>Very good knowledge of English, of at least C1 level certification (as per Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR)</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken communication skills to successfully formulate concepts and ideas</li> <li>Experience in data administration, data management or related fields with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy</li> <li>Experience working with CCMS environments and modular content structures</li> <li>Ability to prepare, process and maintain data efficiently and with high attention to detail</li> <li>Familiarity with translation processes, terminology workflows or language management systems</li> <li>Experience with metadata, information models or system-based data workflows (e.g., PIM, CCMS, ERP) is an advantage</li> <li>Willingness to work with complex information structures and continuously learn new tools and processes</li> <li>Highly motivated team player and ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary and multi-national environment</li> </ul>
