<p> </p> <p><strong>Your job:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Industry specific requirement management focussed on market, customer and technology trends to develop a product portfolio (technical roadmap) for the semiconductor industry (Product focus and experience in process automation)</li> <li>Definition of the specific product requirements of the semiconductor industry and ensuring implementation in the product development process</li> <li>Interface between customers, sales, development, and operations. Translating complex technical requirements into a comprehensible format for all stakeholders involved.</li> <li>Carrying out product launch activities together with the relevant business units and national subsidiaries</li> <li>Coordination of development projects with lead customers (SKA, FKA) and the development departments at Festo</li> <li>Identification and verification of industry-specific future trends of main customers and ensuring the transfer of information to the company</li> <li>Participation in the definition of new product concepts with a focus on specific materials, precision requirements, cleanroom suitability as well as costs and product availability </li> <li>Participation in the design and implementation of Product Competence Meetings to define new product requirements</li> <li>Representative of Festo at industry associations (SEMI) to ensure that Festo requirements are taken into account when defining new product standards</li> <li>Regular close cooperation to build, expand and maintain customer relationships with internationally networked main customers of Festo</li> <li>Occasional collaboration with representatives of associations, universities and research institutes in the course of projects, definition of <br>guidelines/standards and innovative customer projects</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Successfully completed studies in engineering, electrical engineering, automation, process engineering, or comparable qualification</li> <li>Several years of professional experience in automation technology in the semiconductor industry</li> <li>Technical understanding of product requirements, ideally with experience in material, cleanroom and vacuum requirements</li> <li>Good industry, product and application knowledge in the field of automation, special product knowledge in process automation and control technology</li> <li>Professional management skills are an advantage</li> <li>Fluent English skills, another foreign language is an advantage</li> <li>High willingness to travel</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><strong>Contact person</strong>: Sabrina Marx, +49(711)347-47385</p> <p> </p>
