<p>Posted from 08.12.2025 to 08.12.2026</p> <p> </p> <p>Your job:</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the Embedded Testing Team</li> <li>Responsibility over validation and verification of products and systems in electrical automation</li> <li>Develop, coach, and support directly assigned employees</li> <li>Assist test with resource allocation and project planning</li> <li>Define team management strategy, set targets, and optimize workflows and test infrastructure</li> <li>Promote international cooperation and establish standards in collaboration with development and test departments</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your qualification:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or any equivalent field</li> <li>Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, ideally initial management experience</li> <li>Strong technical understanding and sound knowledge of electrical automation, process knowledge, particularly in product development and change management</li> <li>Experience in team development, coaching, and test strategy</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken English communication skills</li> <li>Proficiency in test management tools and automation processes</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Working Location: Festo India Pvt Ltd. 237 B, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Hosur Main Road, Bangalore - 99.<br>Working Days: 5 days<br>Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH<br>Working Timings: 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM<br>Working Experience: 8 years of experience testing</p>
