<p>Posted from 08.12.2025 to 08.12.2026</p> <p> </p> <p>Your job:</p> <ul> <li>Align with test managers and analysts on test strategy, plans, schedules, and technical details</li> <li>Prepare, plan, and execute test cases using ALM systems in internal or external labs</li> <li>Perform and supervise tests including climatic, endurance, vibration, EMC, and IP protection</li> <li>Evaluate test results, document findings, and generate detailed test reports</li> <li>Qualify components with Profinet and EtherCAT interfaces</li> <li>Setup and manage manual and automated test benches</li> <li>Investigate customer complaints, reproduce failures, and support root cause analysis with quality teams</li> <li>Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary and international teams</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your qualification:</p> <ul> <li>Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in setting up and operating complex manual or automated test systems</li> <li>Experience as a test engineer in environmental testing is an advantage</li> <li>Hands-on knowledge of programmable controllers (PLCs such as Siemens or Beckhoff) and peripherals</li> <li>Proficiency in PLC programming according to EN61131-3, especially in Structured Text or Python</li> <li>Basic understanding of industrial fieldbus protocols such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, or EtherCAT</li> <li>Experience using ALM tools like Jira, Doors, or Codebeamer</li> <li>Familiarity with software testing principles; ISTQB certification is an advantage</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken English communication skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Working Location: Festo India Pvt Ltd. 237 B, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Hosur Main Road, Bangalore - 99.<br>Working Days: 5 days<br>Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH<br>Working Timings: 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM<br>Working Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience testing</p>
