About this role
<p><strong>Your Job: </strong><br>• Leads the project team of international development projects, represents it externally and in the committees;</p> <p>• Project planning in terms of costs/budget, resources and scheduling with the involvement of the responsible line managers and team members; <br>• Control of the project, in particular control and monitoring of the budget, the use of resources and the progress of the project; <br>• Project team management, incl. motivation, feedback and leadership of the team; <br>• Determining the project organization and convening the core team; organizing, moderating and leading core team meetings; <br>• Carry out appropriate project risk management; <br>• Ensures project documentation; <br>• Planning, evaluation and acceptance of Q-Gate relevant work results, in coordination with the project Q-planner; <br>• Regular report the status of the project to the referent managers. <br>• Support the teams in understanding and carrying out product development in an agile context.</p> <p><br><strong>Technical Competencies and Requirements: </strong></p> <p>• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, computer science/software engineering or comparable qualification.<br>• Excellent written and spoken English.</p> <p><br><strong>Professional Competencies and Requirements: </strong></p> <p>• Experience as project manager of interdisciplinary project teams, international experience is beneficial; <br>• Good knowledge of the product development process as well experience with project management methods, experience with agile project management methods considered as advantage; <br>• Very good IT skills - excellent command of MS Office, knowledge in SAP, MS Project/PM Software;<br>• Experience with agile working methods and approaches, as well as certifications in the agile field. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Personal Competencies and Requirements: </strong><br>• Holistic thinking, analytical approach, as well as excellent communication and moderation skills;<br>• Fast learner - capable of familiarizing quickly with new topics;<br>• Capable of making decisions and taking the responsibility for the results in dynamic and changing environment;<br>• Team player, able to work in a multicultural working environment; <br>• Focused on the added value for the internal and/or external clients; <br>• Thinking out of the box, creativity and continuous improvement attitude;<br>• Flexible, adaptable, open to meet the change and acquire new knowledge and skills. </p><p> </p> <p>In case your professional qualification corresponds to the above requirements and you wish to join our growing team, please send us your CV and a cover letter.</p> <p>Reference code: 14572</p> <p>IPE Level: F4-I </p> <p>Country: Bulgaria (BG) </p> <p>City: Sofia, Festo Production - TEC </p> <p>Company: Festo Production EOOD </p> <p>Hiring Manager: Alexander Stojanov</p> <p>Department: PF-OCMO - Project Office, PF-OCMO</p> <p>HR contact person: Aleksandar Antonov Angelov, +359(2)4631-352 </p>
