<p><strong>Your job:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Drive the strategic roadmap of the Windows Server Platform, balancing business impact with technical feasibility.</li> <li>Take technical responsibility for the operation and continuous evolution of the Windows Server platform on-premise and in the cloud.</li> <li>Engage deeply with user groups and business units to understand needs, extract insights, and translate them into powerful platform functionality.</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders and user groups to align platform decisions with business priorities and drive adoption.</li> <li>Define and prioritize features, create user stories, and manage the team backlog to ensure timely delivery and measurable value for internal stakeholders and customers across the globe.</li> <li>Work closely with your team to shape architecture, technical direction, and implementation plans.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your qualification:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Product Owner with a strong balance of business orientation and technical depth</li> <li>Experience in managing and steering distributed, agile environments, cross-functional, and international teams</li> <li>Customer- and business-oriented mindset – able to identify opportunities, drive adoption, and translate needs into product value</li> <li>Ability to challenge engineering and influence architecture decisions while keeping user value and business outcomes at the center</li> <li>Solid hands-on understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) and modern software architectures.
