About this role
<p><strong>Your job:</strong><br>• Planning, preparation, and setup of tests for execution at internal facilities or external labs;<br>• Evaluation of test results and documentation, generation of test reports;<br>• Active role in creation of automated/semi-automated setups;<br>• Qualification of cables, connectors (plugs and sockets) – power supply and data communication lines;<br>• Execution and/or supervision of environmental tests (e.g. EMC, climatic, endurance, vibration, IP degree of protection);<br>• Technical processing of customer complaints: investigations, reproduction of failure, root cause analysis, proposal of containment actions in collaboration with quality department;<br>• Alignment with the test manager and the test analyst on test strategy, test plan, time schedule, and technical test details;<br>• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary, international, and Agile team.</p> <p><br><strong>Your qualifications:</strong><br>• Completed studies in the field of Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics engineering or similar;<br>• Good written and spoken English skills (B2 or higher), German language skills would be a plus. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Professional Competencies and Requirements:</strong><br>• Knowledge in electronics measurement equipment, electrical measurements and communication monitoring and logging;<br>• Practical experience with automated test systems (for example - remote IO devices, electric motors/controllers);<br>• Experience as a test engineer in the field of environmental testing;<br>• Basic knowledge and practical experience with Industrial fieldbus protocols would be a plus;<br>• Basic knowledge and practical experience working with ALM tools such as Codebeamer or Jira would be a plus.</p> <p><br><strong>Personal Competencies and Requirements:</strong><br>• Structured thinking; <br>• Ability to work both independently and being part of a team;<br>• Fast learner – flexible and adaptable;<br>• Capable of making decisions and taking responsibility for the results in dynamic and changing environment.</p><p> </p> <p>In case your professional qualification corresponds to the above requirements and you wish to join our growing team, please send us your CV and a cover letter.</p> <p>Reference code: 14413</p> <p>IPE Level: F4-I </p> <p>Country: Bulgaria (BG) </p> <p>City: Sofia, Festo Production - TEC </p> <p>Company: Festo Production EOOD </p> <p>Hiring Manager: Krasimir Hristov</p> <p>Department: PF-OCTEA - SW Automation, App and E&E Testing, PF-OCTEA</p> <p>HR contact person: Aleksandar Antonov Angelov, +359(2)4631-352 </p>
