We at Selection put a lot of passion, competence and spirit of innovation into making them attractive for the consumers.</em>We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our <em>Account team</em> as <em>Account Assistant.</em></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you will do:</b></H2> </div><div><p>As an<strong> <em>Account Assistant</em>,</strong> the candiadate will<strong> </strong>support the Account team during the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery; reporting to the Account Executive.</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities;</li> <li>Managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing;</li> <li>Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time;</li> <li>Communicate with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval);</li> <li>Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion;</li> <li>Undertake administrative tasks.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills & Experience </b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Degree in Marketing or Communication;</li> <li>At least 1 year experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments;</li> <li>Good organizational and time-management skills;</li> <li>Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills;</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook;</li> <li>Fluent in English.</li> </ul> <p>The position offers a gross annual salary of € 25.102,00.<strong> </strong>Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.</p> <p><strong>For this position, we offer a fixed term contract (12 months).</strong></p> <p><em>Here in Selection there is a culture of respect and valorization of diversity.
