You’ll ensure the accuracy of orders, maintain supply parameters, and continuously monitor production and delivery plans to guarantee service level and stock coverage targets are met.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you will do</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Take ownership of S/4-related workflows and system processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues, improving data flows, and working closely with IT and key users to fix bugs and enhance planning effectiveness.</li> <li>Management of internal and external suppliers: monitoring production and delivery plans, maintaining purchase orders, and ensuring supply continuity.</li> <li>Alignment with Marketing to ensure project timelines and communication of obsolescence related to product phase-outs.</li> <li>Support local Supply Planning teams on issues related to service levels;</li> <li>Stock coverage, and critical code communications;</li> <li>Define, test, and update <strong>MRP parameters</strong> for materials to ensure planning accuracy;</li> <li>Support <strong>Customer Service, Finance, and Sales</strong> teams regarding service level and stock coverage;</li> <li>Prepare and share a <strong>weekly supply report</strong> highlighting at-risk products and upcoming supply issues.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Our Perfect Candidate</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>5 years experience as <strong>Supply Planner in FMCG industry;</strong></li> <li>Degree in Engineering, <strong>Supply Chain Management </strong>or related field.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of <strong>SAP HANA</strong> (especially MM and PP modules)</li> <li>Data analysis skills,<strong> advanced Excel </strong>(Power Query, nested functions); PowerBI and Datalake</li> <li>Basic knowledge of<strong> MS PBI</strong></li> <li>Experience with <strong>database tools </strong>(examples: Angles for SAP, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, OLAP cube)</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities with <strong>speed and accuracy</strong></li> <li><strong>Professional proficiency in English</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The position offers a gross annual salary of €60,000.
