Focus of the activity are processes set up and relevant equipment to achieve the excellence in the industry.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you will do</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Process innovation: Implement various creative techniques and processes to increase a company’s efficiency and productivity. By doing so, enhancing the company’s competitiveness within its industry;</li> <li>Create Innovative Goals: Create a list of goals that encourage innovative thinking and strategies throughout the organization;<br>Identify Areas of Improvement: Observe standard processes and operations within the company to identify areas that could benefit from innovation. This allows to plan creative solutions and opportunities for growth;</li> <li>Research Innovative Trends: Stay up-to-date by researching new trends within the industry, ensuring the organization remains informed about advancements;<br>Contribute to source and develop innovative technologies which could provide improvement of the manufacturing process (savings, sustainability, automatization, less FTE, etc);</li> <li>Scouting new process equipment’s;</li> <li>Mapping of current processes;</li> <li>Defining ideal processes set-up for each product category.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Our Perfect Candidate</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>5 years experience across R&D or engineering roles;</li> <li>University degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Engineering;</li> <li>Strong communication skills;</li> <li> <div>Cross‑functional collaboration;</div> </li> <li>English is a must;</li> <li>Flexibility and ability to travel is a must.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The position offers a gross annual salary starting from €65,000.
