Procurement Specialist will work on Supply Chain Department and will be reporting to Procurement Manager.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities;</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Responsible from purchasing of direct goods and service procurement,</li> <li>Provide financial advantage to the company by executing procurement activities in line with requested quality, quantity and time,</li> <li>Making short and long term contracts with the suppliers,</li> <li>Ensures alignment and approval from relevant stakeholders as required,</li> <li>Monitoring of supplier performance against agreed contract terms,</li> <li>Handles operational interaction with suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed contract,</li> <li>Coordinate the purchasing operations process in line with SAP,</li> <li>Create purchase orders with correct data and transmit to vendor with applicable documentation,</li> <li>Enrich and update supplier portfolio via market analysis,</li> <li>Manages day-to-day communication with suppliers,</li> <li>Handles routine commercial matters & supports day-to-day operational issue resolution.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Qualifications required for this position are as follows;</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s Degree (preferably from an engineering department or Business Administration),</li> <li>Min. 2 years experience of procurement (preferably FMCG sector),</li> <li>Good command of written and verbal English,</li> <li>Good command of MS Office (knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Ariba is an asset),</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills,</li> <li>Strong analytical & reporting skills,</li> <li>Strong negotiation skills.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>WE OFFER</b></H2> </div><div><p>At Perfetti Van Melle, we have a core value of Care for Our People, and we are proud to offer benefit programs that support our team members’ goals and well-being.
