and industrial production equipment<br>• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems<br>• Work with Allen-Bradley PLCs (PLC5 / ControlLogix) to troubleshoot, modify, and support programs</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues<br>• Support continuous improvement initiatives 309A)</p> <p>• High School Diploma or GED equivalent<br>• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial automation or manufacturing environment<br>• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and sans-serif">• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (PLC5 / ControlLogix)<br>• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems<br>• Experience with AC/DC motors, VFDs, and industrial troubleshooting• Familiarity with CMMS systems and industrial maintenance processes<br>• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</span></p> <p
