Participate in pre and post shift meetings. Maintain department housekeeping standards. Complete STOP observations as needed. Have complete understanding of company quality standards and standard tolerances. Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap- less than 1.5%. Maintain acceptable levels of customer returns- less than 0.5%. What will make you successful? Education and Experience Requirements : Must be willing to work any shift assigned. Minimum of 1 Year Manufacturing Experience desirable. Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English; Good verbal communications skills a plus. Must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs. With a partner on a repetitive basis. Successful score on job skills assessment. Will be assessed by internal or external sources to verify job skills, as well as reading and math comprehension. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: HSD or GED preferred. Leadership skills a plus. Team player: ability to work as a team. Self-starter. Adaptable to change. Ability to prioritize needs. Must have ability to work at a fast pace.
