Source and screen candidates to meet hiring goals of the manufacturing plant by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates</span></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent in related business field plus three (2-4) years’ recruiting experience.</li> <li>Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.</li> <li>Demonstrated record of meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations.</li> <li>Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills </li> <li>Proven ability to develop successful partnerships with internal and external team members.</li> <li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li> <li>Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.</li> <li>Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software</li> <li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills </li> <li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li> <li>Ability to think critically and theoretically</li> </ul></div></div></div>
