(level wind, OD, etc.)</li> <li>Use of measurement tools to measure tube OD, coil OD & ID, etc. (micrometers, tape measure, calipers, etc.)</li> <li>Operate hoist/cranes to remove material from coiler. (time sensitive)</li> <li>Keep the WIP warehouses area clean and organized.</li> <li>MRT material if found out of spec</li> <li>Set-up, adjust, and monitor in-line annealing system</li> <li>Packs material according to procedures and instructions</li> <li>Set-up, adjust, and monitor purging system</li> <li>Set-up, adjust, and monitor marking systems</li> <li>Breaks to be taken outside of production down time. (profile change outs, set changes)</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned to maintain work flow or respond to emergency conditions.</li> <li>Adheres to all company policies and procedures</li> <li>Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with 5 S standards.</li> <li>Requires the ability to perform all duties within limitation of the standard methods and procedures, and in accordance with strict adherence to HSE, quality and productivity requirements.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:28.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What will make you successful?</b></H2> </div><div><div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <ul> <li>Ability to handle basic math.</li> <li>Ability to use measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers and tape measure, where interpretation is required.</li> <li>Ability to operate a jib crane, overhead crane, and electric pallet jacks.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret simple reference material such as printed instructions and blueprints.</li> <li>Excellent mental and visual attention to monitor operations involving repetitive or diversified work requiring constant alertness or activity.</li> <li>Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li> <li>Knowledge of process related standards.</li> <li>Proven ability to develop successful partnerships with internal and external team members</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div dir="auto"> </div></div></div></div>
