<p>As (Senior) Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and a member of our growing international SAP SuccessFactors Consulting team, you will play a key role in helping our customers modernize and optimize their HR processes with a strong focus on Time Management.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your tasks</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions and seamless integration into existing technology landscapes and HR processes</li> <li>Conducting workshops for scoping, training, and release management, with a focus on best practices for time management processes</li> <li>Leading transformation projects to digitalize and optimize time tracking and attendance management for our customers</li> <li>Supporting customers in continuous system optimization, including incident resolution, change requests, and adapting to ongoing SAP SuccessFactors innovations</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>You have several years of experience in HR technology as a Subject Matter Expert, consultant or stream lead, ideally with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM. The following skills and qualifications describe your profile:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in computer science, business management, or a related field</li> <li>Proven experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module, including implementation and configuration</li> <li>Strong understanding of HR processes, with focus on time management and workforce planning</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive, team-oriented approach</li> <li>Structured, analytical, and independent way of working</li> <li>Fluent in English (written & spoken), German (B2 level) is highly desirable</li> <li>Willingness to travel to DACH as required</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your advantages</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>🚀 A secure future: A permanent contract in a growing company.<br>⏰ Early bird or night owl: When is your most productive time?
