In particular you will </p> <ul> <li>lead recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers, including handling employment contracts and supporting onboarding activities and drive our Employer Branding </li> <li>drive learning and development initiatives, including the implementation of educational activities and preparation of employee KPIs. </li> <li>support leaders as a sparring partner in disciplinary matters, difficult conversations, and general leadership development. </li> <li>ensure compliance with HR legal requirements, manage personal data, and maintain up-to-date employment documentation. </li> <li>promote a positive and inclusive culture, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in line with the company’s Diversity Pact. </li> <li>manage internal communication and HR processes, including absence reporting, People & Culture updates on internal platforms, and participation in cross-functional projects. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Preferred Profile</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree and experience in a similar role, or equivalent proven experience through relevant training and responsibilities. </li> <li>Excellent command of English and Icelandic, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in a global and multicultural environment. </li> <li>Strong organizational skills, combined with a solution-oriented and hands-on approach to confidently manage challenges and daily operations. </li> <li>Proactive mindset, with the ability to continuously improve processes and culture, and the openness to change required to lead and support transformation initiatives. </li> <li>Proven communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and departments. </li> <li>Experience in reporting and analysis within People & Culture, as well as in planning and executing learning and development activities. <br><br></li> </ul> <p>If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Closure</b></H2> </div><div><p>Are you interested?
