Introduction Sentence For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting - limited for 2 years - a Your new job includes As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d), you will independently manage all recruiting processes for your assigned departments and serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers at our headquarters on all recruitment-related matters. In particular, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing and conducting interviews through to the successful hiring of specialists and leaders assess candidates using structured interview and selection methods and provide well-founded recommendations to support hiring decisions advise hiring managers on recruitment-related topics and act as a trusted sparring partner throughout the entire selection process ensure a positive candidate experience and successfully manage collaboration with internal and external stakeholders develop targeted recruiting strategies, build talent pools for relevant target groups, and leverage innovative approaches for future-oriented talent acquisition contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting standards, processes, and tools, and actively support recruiting projects Preferred Profile Successfully completed degree or a comparable qualification, combined with 2-5 years of professional experience in recruiting Experience in independently managing recruitment processes for different target groups Passion for current recruiting trends and innovations, combined with a strategic and modern mindset Strong empathy as well as a high level of customer and results orientation Excellent communication and consulting skills Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.
