Quality management is deeply integrated into Webasto's projects from start to finish, serving not only as a control function but, more importantly, as a key support function.</p> <p><strong>You can look forward to these exciting tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Manages daily HSE operations</strong>: Oversees inspections, safety walks, contractor work permits, fire drills, and HSE training activities</li> <li><strong>Ensures HSE system compliance and certifications</strong>: Maintains plant HSE certifications and ensures the HSE management system meets all current legal and corporate requirements, including documentation and objective setting</li> <li><strong>Drives risk management and incident prevention</strong>: Conducts risk analyses for existing and new processes, implements mitigation measures, and leads incident and accident investigations</li> <li><strong>Leads audits and continuous improvement</strong>: Prepares and participates in internal and external HSE audits, ensures timely closure of non-conformities, and drives continuous improvement initiatives via an HSE roadmap and safety committees</li> <li><strong>Monitors performance and reporting</strong>: Ensures accurate and timely HSE and energy KPI reporting and monitors the effectiveness of HSE and energy programs</li> <li><strong>Coordinates occupational health and site safety</strong>: Manages occupational health topics in cooperation with HR and works closely with facilities teams to ensure buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe condition</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>This is what you bring to us:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Relevant academic background and certifications</strong>: Bachelor or Master’s degree in a chemical, technical, or industrial safety field, complemented by EHS training; “Travailleur désigné” certification is a strong asset</li> <li><strong>Proven EHS experience and expertise</strong>: Hands-on experience in EHS coordination roles with strong knowledge of HSE systems, processes, and common risk assessment and investigation tools (e.g. ergonomics, incident/accident analysis)</li> <li><strong>Occupational health and compliance knowledge</strong>: Solid understanding of occupational health processes as well as data protection and data retention requirements</li> <li><strong>Operational and systems understanding</strong>: Basic understanding of production systems and guiding principles, with a particular focus on HSE dimensions</li> <li><strong>Analytical, project, and organizational skills</strong>: Ability to collect and analyze data for reporting, lead projects or improvements through completion, and autonomously prioritize work</li> <li><strong>Communication and language skills</strong>: Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory, with French or German as a significant advantage</li> </ul> <p> </p><p>Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.</p> <p><b>Your contact person:</b><br> Martin Czembor, People & Organization Grevenmacher, LU </p> <p>Get to know us <a href="https://www.webasto.com/en-int/career.html">here</a> and find out why we are passionate about attracting talent to Webasto.<br> We look forward to receiving your online application!</p>
