A passion for finance and teamwork is at the forefront, offering excellent development opportunities.</p> <p><strong>You can look forward to these exciting tasks: </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Coordinate and deliver Group Reporting, Forecasting and Planning:</strong> Analyze, evaluate, and ensure transparency of financial performance in a dynamic, restructuring‑driven environment.</li> <li><strong>Drive the achievement of Group financial targets: </strong>Steer Regions and Business Units to implement corrective measures in case of deviations.</li> <li><strong>Run standardized performance reviews </strong>based on robust key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform data‑driven analyses.</li> <li><strong>Advancement of modern working methods in Finance: </strong>You drive the use of digital and AI-supported solutions to increase forecasting accuracy, accelerate decision-making, and sustainably improve overall performance – in close collaboration with the Global Competence Center.</li> <li><strong>Act as a senior finance partner to Regions and Business Units: </strong>Promote efficiency and organizational transformation from a financial perspective.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate closely with external stakeholders: </strong>Ensure consistent financial narratives and professional interaction at the executive level and with external partners (e.g., auditors, advisors).</li> <li><strong>Lead Corporate Controlling: </strong>Develop and reinforce the Corporate Controlling organization by strengthening leadership capabilities, trust, engagement, and a performance‑driven culture aligned with the company’s strategy.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>This is what you bring to us:</strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree in Business Administration or a comparable educational background</li> <li>8+ years of professional experience in Finance and Controlling within the automotive industry, preferably in industrial controlling.</li> <li>Solid experience in Corporate Controlling (reporting, forecasting, planning); experience in financial turnarounds, including transformation, restructuring, and collaboration with external stakeholders (auditors &amp; advisory firms) is a plus.</li> <li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance during ongoing transformation and restructuring phases.</li> <li>Strong commitment to delivering results while building robust and sustainable controlling structures.</li> <li>Team player with strong social competence (enthusiasm and persuasiveness) and conflict management skills.</li> <li>International experience and intercultural competence are a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p><p>Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.</p> <p><b>Your contact person:</b><br> Kristina Hog, People &amp; Organization Stockdorf </p> <p>Get to know us <a href="https://www.webasto.com/en-int/career.html">here</a> and find out why we are passionate about attracting talent to Webasto.<br> We look forward to receiving your online application!</p>
