DS works across functions, regions, and cultures—hand in hand with our colleagues from various departments—to ensure synergies between services and solutions.</p><div id="tor__flistingLayout_readOnlyDiv"> <div id="tor__flistingLayout_content"> <p><strong>You can look forward to these exciting tasks:</strong> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Manage and enhance our SAP MM Purchasing module and SAP Ariba (SLP, Sourcing, Contract Management, Buying), including interfaces to other SAP modules and peripheral systems.</li> <li>Support the transition of Webasto’s purchasing department to S/4HANA.</li> <li>Act as a global partner for the Purchasing Excellence Team, translating business requirements into technical solutions with cross-process impact.</li> <li>Solve complex issues as 2nd and 3rd level support, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and compliance with processes and quality standards.</li> <li>Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners for implementation of new requirements and incident management.</li> <li>Lead sub-projects or manage small to medium-sized projects for ERP procurement landscape development.</li> <li>Facilitate workshops with business units and key users to optimize our procurement system landscape.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>This is what you bring to us:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Degree in economics, business informatics, or equivalent qualification.</li> <li>Professional experience in SAP module support or consulting (including process analysis and optimization).</li> <li>Strong expertise in SAP MM Purchasing; ideally complemented by SAP Ariba knowledge (or similar procure-to-pay suites).</li> <li>Analytical mindset combined with hands-on implementation skills.</li> <li>Fluency in English (German is a plus).</li> <li>Experience in project management within IT environments.</li> <li>Experience with AI or Analytics is a plus.</li> <li>Ideally experience in working in an agile product team or as agile master.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <p> </p><p>Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.</p> <p><strong>Your contact person:</strong><br>Rafael Rocha, People & Organization Lisboa, PT </p> <p>Get to know us <a href="https://www.webasto.com/en-int/career.html">here</a> and find out why we are passionate about attracting talent to Webasto.<br>We look forward to receiving your online application!</p>
