About this role
<p>Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.</p> <p><strong>You can look forward to these exciting tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Operation of a small number of machines and work stations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines</li> <li>Removal of products from the machines</li> <li>Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality/safety characteristics </li> <li>Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures</li> <li>Performing work station 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures</li> <li>Involvement in continuous improvement process</li> <li>Operate in 3 or 4 shifts according to the demand</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Here's what you can bring to the team:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in an industrial environment and/or basic level of technical qualifications </li> <li>Understanding of work steps and standard operating procedures of the specific machines and work stations</li> <li>Understanding of applicable HSE guidelines, quality and other relevant standards in the production </li> <li>Basic understanding of customer specific requirements and significant/critical characteristics (SC/CC) </li> <li>Flexibility and willingness to keep learning new things</li> <li>Ability to work in a multi-cultural Team</li> <li>Fluent in English, French and/or German</li> </ul><p>Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.</p> <p><b>Your contact person:</b><br> Iulia MARCUS, People & Organization Grevenmacher, LU </p> <p>Get to know us <a href="https://www.webasto.com/en-int/career.html">here</a> and find out why we are passionate about attracting talent to Webasto.<br> We look forward to receiving your online application!</p>
