About this role
<p>R&D - PMT and R&D Engineering are at the forefront of innovation at Webasto, working in areas such as artificial intelligence and developing solutions for greater sustainability. Additionally, they provide processes, methods, and tools for approximately 2,000 developers worldwide, as well as central expertise in materials and joining technologies, and a Center of Competence for electronics development. This serves as the foundation for the development of innovative products in the areas of roof systems, battery solutions, and thermal solutions.</p> <p><strong>You can look forward to these exciting tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Industrialization of glass processes and equipment</li> <li>Process development and validation, e.g. with prototype lines</li> <li>Design and technical specifications of equipment</li> <li>Technical lead of industrialization projects and ram up support</li> <li>Continuous improvement and innovation</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>This is what you bring to us:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master/Bachelor in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline. Alternative: Equivalent technical education combined with extensive industrial experience.
