DS works across functions, regions, and cultures—hand in hand with our colleagues from various departments—to ensure synergies between services and solutions.</p><p><strong>You can look forward to these exciting tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to the reliable operation and continuous optimization of SAP HCM modules (PA, PT, PY, OM) and SuccessFactors Learning and Recruiting.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into system solutions, including process analysis, gap identification, and definition of future-state scenarios.</li> <li>Drive and coordinate system enhancements and improvements in collaboration with internal and external partners.</li> <li>Actively contribute to global initiatives such as SAP ECC HR rollouts, SuccessFactors implementations, and FIORI enablement.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>This is what you bring to us:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>More than 3 years of experience in the SAP HCM domain, preferably with involvement in large-scale, complex ERP initiatives at a global or enterprise level.</div> </li> <li> <div>Proven hands-on expertise in SAP HCM configuration.</div> </li> <li>Strong experience in Time Management or and Payroll within an international environment, with in-depth knowledge of evaluation schemas and rules.</li> <li>SAP S/4 HANA & Success Factors knowledge are a plus.</li> <li> <div>Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating with both remote and on-site teams.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience working in international and cross-functional team environments.</div> </li> <li> <div>Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus.</div> </li> <li> <div>High level of ownership, accountability, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.</div> </li> <li> <div>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</div> </li> <li>Willingness to travel to Germany.</li> </ul><p>Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.</p> <p><strong>Your contact person:</strong><br>Rafael Rocha, People & Organization Lisboa, PT </p> <p>Get to know us <a href="https://www.webasto.com/en-int/career.html">here</a> and find out why we are passionate about attracting talent to Webasto.<br>We look forward to receiving your online application!</p>
