<p>Strategy is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of a comprehensive and future-proof corporate strategy. This role involves close collaboration with top management, acting as the primary sparring partner for long-term decisions. It encompasses activities that shape the future of Webasto and support informed decision-making, turning those decisions into actions and results.</p> <p><strong>You can look forward to these exciting tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the execution and coordination of M&A projects across the full transaction lifecycle, including preparation of key workstreams and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Assist in organizing due diligence activities, coordinating with external advisors (e.g., investment banks, legal counsel), and helping ensure timely and high quality deliverables</li> <li>Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior management and contribute to discussions with the Executive Committee and Board-level stakeholders</li> <li>Contribute to the development of long term group strategy by supporting structural analysis, content preparation, and project management activities within the strategy department</li> <li>Work closely with the Vice President Corporate Strategy and the CEO Office on portfolio assessments, evaluation of strategic partnerships, and execution of high priority strategic initiatives</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>This is what you bring to us:</strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; Master’s degree preferred</li> <li>At least 3 years of professional experience in a top tier professional services environment</li> <li>Industry experience ideally gained in the industrial and/or automotive sectors</li> <li>Demonstrated support of multiple M&A transactions, ideally with exposure to cross border deals</li> <li>Clear evidence of support in financial modeling and valuation, due diligence coordination, and end to end project management</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and external advisors </li> <li>Fluent in English and proficiency in at least one additional language such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French</li> </ul> <p> </p><p> Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.</p> <p><b>Your contact person:</b><br> Martina Eckl, People & Organization Stockdorf </p> <p>Get to know us <a href="https://www.webasto.com/en-int/career.html">here</a> and find out why we are passionate about attracting talent to Webasto.<br> We look forward to receiving your online application!</p>
