Quality management is deeply integrated into Webasto's projects from start to finish, serving not only as a control function but, more importantly, as a key support function.</p> <p><strong>You can look forward to these exciting tasks:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Perform daily business in technical and administrative aspects</li> <li>Support Production (Shift) Team Leaders to ensure appropriate skill level of production and SCM teams in all quality-related process aspects</li> <li>Segregation, physical assessment and documentation of suspect and not-OK parts / scrap, initiate immediate containment / corrective actions and internal complaint process (e.g. SAP -Q3)</li> <li>Organize and supervise internal sorting activities of components, sub-assemblies and / or finished goods</li> <li>Coordinate activities with the SCM function, 3rd party organizations, production or other involved parts</li> <li>Escalate potential and actual non-conformities and deviations in accordance with the defined escalation process</li> <li>Perform dispatch and layered process audits in line with process</li> <li>Manage first off / last off test in line with company process (e.g. release of peel off test)</li> <li>LPA</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Here's what you can bring to the team:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Degree in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or similar education.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of relevant Production processes and technologies</li> <li>Experience with application of QVP, Q-Methods and Quality Management Systems</li> <li>Knowledge of Quality related company standards and relevant customer specific requirements</li> <li>Basic knowledge of product liability law</li> <li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and other software applications used in a production environment</li> <li>Fluency in English, French or German is a plus</li> </ul><p>Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.</p> <p><b>Your contact person:</b><br> Martin Czembor, People & Organization Grevenmacher, LU </p> <p>Get to know us <a href="https://www.webasto.com/en-int/career.html">here</a> and find out why we are passionate about attracting talent to Webasto.<br> We look forward to receiving your online application!</p>
