<p>Digital Solutions (DS) is Webasto's global IT organization. DS works across functions, regions, and cultures—hand in hand with our colleagues from various departments—to ensure synergies between services and solutions.</p><p><strong>You can look forward to these exciting tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP SD application team responsible for support and enhancement projects in a complex and integrated IT landscape in SD, GTS and CS;</li> <li>Daily incident solving in SAP Sales & Distribution (2nd land 3rd level support);</li> <li>Collaborate with the central and other regional SAP SD teams as well as with other functional IT Team or 3rd party applications/vendors;</li> <li>Map requirements, processes, and objectives, develop necessary SD solutions adjustments to satisfy business requirements; identify and implement solutions;</li> <li>Clarify requirements, processes, and timelines from external customer projects;</li> <li>Initiate and drive the implementation of improvement projects and coordinate the activities with customers;</li> <li>Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and lift the processes to the next level;</li> <li>Participate in global improvement activities like process mining, robotics, and process automation; </li> <li>Support the global SAP rollouts. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>This is what you bring to us:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years working in SD area, preferably with experience implementing large-scale complex ERP initiatives on a global / enterprise level;</li> <li>High level of commitment, responsibility, self-motivation and organization;</li> <li>Strong communication skills;</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in SAP SD and hands-on configuration experience;</li> <li>Knowledge of the integration points between SD, GTS, CS, MM, (E)WM, and FI/CO;</li> <li>Experience with GTS and CS is a plus;</li> <li>SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus;</li> <li>Willingness to travel to Germany (10% of the time);</li> <li>Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus.<br> </li> </ul><p>Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.</p> <p><strong>Your contact person:</strong><br>Rafael Rocha, People & Organization Lisboa, PT </p> <p>Get to know us <a href="https://www.webasto.com/en-int/career.html">here</a> and find out why we are passionate about attracting talent to Webasto.<br>We look forward to receiving your online application!</p>
