Qualifications: <ul style="margin-bottom:13.0px"> <li>Basic math, reading and writing skills, high school graduate or equivalent</li> <li>Basic computer skills</li> <li>Detail oriented and consistent</li> <li>Works well as a productive member of a team</li> <li>Must be mobile to move from one work station to another and lift 40 pounds</li> <li>Must be able to work in a team environment with good communication skills</li> </ul> Basic Duties: <ul style="margin-bottom:13.0px"> <li>Read work order, assemble and pack according to specifications.</li> <li>Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.</li> <li>Work with Team Leader to produce product based on the production schedule. </li> <li>Expedite materials throughout cell as needed for production.</li> <li>Maintain logs, records and reports concerning production, machine maintenance and product inconsistencies.</li> <li>Maintain equipment needed to perform tasks.</li> <li>Inventory tools, parts and supplies; contact Team Lead or Area Manager when supplies are needed.</li> <li>Check products based on standard work or training to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolve any identified problems and alert Team Lead as necessary.</li> <li>Meet quality standards, on time delivery, and continually improve productivity to exceed customer expectations. </li> </ul> Medeco is a VEVRAA Federal Contractor/Equal Opportunity Employer: Veterans/Disabled, and other protected categories.
