Through regular on-site maintenance, swift defect resolution, and dependable remote support, the team guarantees continuous reliability of our systems for our customers.</li> </ul> Primary Duties <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Leading the European Field Service Engineering team (8-10 direct reports) and taking care of employee development including external and internal training;</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Ensuring the correct composition of the team and monitoring work quality and quantity of the Field Service Engineers;</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Creating the maintenance planning to fulfil contractual agreements;</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Promoting a customer-oriented attitude and ambassadorial function of the Field Service Engineers;</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Initiating improvement processes and taking measurements to solve problems related to quality, response time and maintenance methods;</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance takes place according to defined standards and working methods.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in technical studies;</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Minimum of 5-10 years working experience within Field Service Engineering;</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Strong communicational and organizational skills;</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience with international customers and preferably with leading a Field Service team;</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Excellent written and spoken English is required, Dutch and additional languages are a plus;</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Since this position includes (international) travel and ﬁeldwork, you must possess or can acquire a valid passport.</li> </ul> Work Requirements <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required.
