This role will be based on-site at our manufacturing facility located in Mason City, Iowa on 2nd shift with hours from 1 pm to 9 pm. What would you do as our Safety Specialist? You will drive workplace health, safety, and compliance initiatives. In this role, you will champion a culture of safety by implementing policies, conducting inspections, leading training, and serving as a first responder, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards while supporting employees across all shifts.
