This role is based in our head office at Sydney Olympic Park five days a week—perfect for those who enjoy working closely with a team and building strong connections! </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Are you a data analyst ready to make a real impact?</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Clean, format, and maintain master datasets used across the business.</li> <li>Write and optimize SQL queries (Snowflake) to extract data for analysis and reporting.</li> <li>Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models that provide insight to support decision making.</li> <li>Perform data manipulation, modelling, and preparing ad-hoc analyses in Excel to support internal stakeholders and business units.</li> <li>Assist in identifying data quality issues and proactively suggest improvements.</li> <li>Document data sources, business definitions, and reporting logic to support data governance.</li> <li>Using statistical methods to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations within the data. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What makes you a GOgetter:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>2+ years experience in a similair role.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Information Systems, Business, etc.)</li> <li>Experience with Power BI (report creation, visuals, and DAX basics).</li> <li>Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).</li> <li>Understanding of data cleaning and data structure best practices.</li> <li>Experience with tools and technologies such as: Excel, Power Query, Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake viewed favourably.</li> <li>Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.</li> <li>Ability to manage time and meet deadlines across multiple priorities.</li> <li>Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div> <div> <div> <p><strong>What you receive as a GOgetter:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Weekly pay - no need to stretch for extended periods between pays </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Access to a range of employee benefits including novated car leasing, discounted health insurance, employee recognition programs and discounts with a range of providers </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Support of a strong, employee and safety-driven culture </li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Ongoing training and genuine opportunities for career progression</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">A strong, safety-first and values-driven company culture</li> </ul> <p style="list-style-type:disc"> </p> <p>We are committed at BINGO to building a workforce that reflects the communities and customers we serve.
