Installation shall be performed per work instructions provided by HID prior to arrival and system shall be successfully installed and tested.</li> <li style="margin:5.0pt -15.0pt 5.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Connect livescan system to required network for submission to agency.</li> <li style="margin:5.0pt -15.0pt 5.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Test livescan system with agency.</li> <li style="margin:5.0pt -15.0pt 5.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Train customer representatives on use and administration of system. </li> <li style="margin:5.0pt -15.0pt 5.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Upon completion of installation, Contractor shall also provide documents as detailed in the "Installer Information Sheet'' which will be provided by HID from time to time.</li> <li style="margin:5.0pt -15.0pt 5.0pt 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">The HID technical support desk shall assist in the diagnostics and troubleshooting when required.
