As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</span> </span></p> <p> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Goal of Position</b></H2> </div><div><p>The incumbent supports the Controlling Manager in delivering accurate financial reporting, monitoring business performance against Group and budget targets, and providing finance business partnering support to the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) division.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Manage controlling processes and reporting for the VLS division.</li> <li>Prepare monthly reporting and financial analyses at the divisional level, including deviation analyses.</li> <li>Coordinate and support the Group planning process, including Budget and Forecast activities.</li> <li>Support action plans for profit achievement and other finance-related projects, where required.</li> <li>Drive process improvements and automation within the team's internal processes.</li> <li>Support other tasks or projects (e.g. system testing) as assigned by the reporting manager.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.</li> <li>Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Controlling or Management Reporting.</li> <li>Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.</li> <li>Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP (e.g., EP1 / S/4HANA).</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li> <li>Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.</li> <li>Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take ownership of tasks.</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
