<p><br> </p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Perform research and development for design of electronics for use in automotive applications </span></li> <li> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Contribute to the definition, development and management of electrical requirements based on overall system requirements and domain standards. </span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Define electrical architecture and develop standard circuit designs in coordination with global teams. </span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Participate in quotation, development, testing and launch of electronics for smart actuation systems </span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Coordinate the exchange of development-related information and collaboration with internal/external development partners for electrical hardware components (power supplies, filters, microprocessors, etc.), production integration and with customers regarding electrical design, verification and validation. </span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Coordinate and lead team to deliver electronics Develop electrical designs according to Schaeffler standard development processes and procedures</span></p> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: electrical/electronics/mechatronics.</li> <li>3 to 5 years experience working on actuators, controllers, chassis systems or similar products in the automotive industry.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>Experience working in a global team environment</li> <li>Project management skills</li> <li>Excellent English language/communication skills</li> <li>Experience with new and emerging technologies</li> <li><span>External applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment visa or other sponsorship .</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Our Offering</b></H2> </div><div><p>At Schaeffler, our success is driven by our employees.
