Responsible for raw material releasing based on internal material standard.</p> <p>2. Responsible for failure analysis (fracture, crack, corrosion, spalling, etc.) of various products via SEM/EDX, optical microscope, XRD, OES, etc.</p> <p>3. Close collaboration with team members and other functions to clarify the failure root cause.</p> <p>4. Technical consultant about material technology for internal customers.</p> <p>5. Implement competence buildup proposed by up-level manager.</p> <p>6. Daily quality work based on ISO 17025.</p> <p>7. Other jobs assigned by up-level manager.</p> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>您的任职资格</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li> <p>1. Proven experience in metallic components failure analysis and material basic properties analysis.</p> <p>2. Be proficient in operating SEM/EDX, hardness tester, OES, etc.</p> <p>3. Be familiar with international and national technical specifications.</p> <p>4. Have knowledge about the steel melting process.</p> <p>5. Know about metallic components manufacturing process like forging, stamping and machining.</p> <p>6. Strong sense of quality, self-learning ability, hands-on ability and good Chinese and English communication skills.</p> <p>7. Bachelor or above degree in metal material science and engineering.</p> <p>8. 3+ years in metallurgy material research or metallic material failure analysis.</p> <p>9.
