Find out more about us on <a href="https://ams-osram.com">https://ams-osram.com</a></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Autonomous execution of monthly payroll processing for a defined group of employees, ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and company-specific regulations</li> <li>Ensuring accurate, complete, and timely payroll processing, including all related follow-up activities</li> <li>Maintenance and continuous updating of payroll-relevant employee master data in the HR and payroll system (SAP)</li> <li>Handling payroll-related questions concerning income tax, social security, and labor law</li> <li>Acting as a point of contact for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders regarding payroll-related matters</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with data protection, security, and compliance requirements when handling sensitive personal data</li> <li>Supporting internal and external audits (e.g., social security institutions, tax authorities, internal audits)</li> <li>Contributing to the optimization and further development of payroll processes and ensuring adherence to defined process standards</li> <li>Ensuring structured time and task management, particularly within the payroll cycle</li> </ul><p><br><span style="color:#fd5000">Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br><ul> <li>In-depth professional knowledge of payroll accounting</li> <li>Ability to independently process monthly payroll accurately and on time</li> <li>Strong numerical skills combined with analytical and structured thinking</li> <li>High level of technical proficiency in payroll systems, ideally SAP</li> <li>Strong sense of responsibility, especially when handling sensitive and confidential data</li> <li>Excellent time management skills and a disciplined, process-oriented working style</li> <li>High awareness of compliance, data protection, and security requirements</li> <li>Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken</li> </ul> <p>We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.<br>The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group E (<a href="https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/).We">https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/)</a></p> <p>We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.</p></p> <p><br>Please contact <strong>Johanna Sieber</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></strong> or <strong>+49 (941) 8502064</strong>.</p>
