<p>We are looking for a <strong>Credit Controller</strong> to join the Vetropack Gostomel finance team and play a key role in strengthening internal control processes and ensuring effective management of credit-related activities.</p> <p>This position involves close cooperation with cross-functional teams to enhance process transparency, ensure compliance with internal policies, and support the stability of financial operations.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:none"> <li>Develop Credit Policy and Procedures</li> <li>Accounts Receivable monitoring and DSO management</li> <li>Support sales team in the collections activities</li> <li>Advise on and develop credit risk mitigation tools</li> <li>Engagement in cash flow forecasting</li> <li>Monitor and control changes to payment terms and pricing in SAP in line with company policies.</li> <li>Perform independent control over the process of unblocking customer orders.</li> <li>Contribute to the implementation and improvement of control mechanisms in SAP, including automated approval workflows.</li> <li>Regularly review and manage user access rights within the system.</li> <li>Monitor credit risks and support financial discipline across operations.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required qualifications</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:none"> <li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li> <li>Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements</li> <li>Understanding of working capital and cash flow dynamics</li> <li>Relevant experience in finance, credit control, or a similar function.</li> <li>Practical experience with SAP is an advantage.</li> <li>Understanding of financial processes and internal control principles.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We offer</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:none"> <li>Сompetitive salary.</li> <li>Quarterly bonuses.</li> <li>Medical insurance.</li> <li>Access to Vetropack Educational Portal and English courses.</li> <li>Professional learning and development opportunities.</li> <li>Challenging tasks, work in one of Europe’s leading manufacturers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work location: Gostomel</strong></p>
