<p>We invite to our team specialist for position of <strong>Executive Assistant with location in Gostomel, </strong>to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support Managing Director, with confident English and interpersonal skills</p> <p><strong>ZONE OF RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:none"> <li>Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner</li> <li>Manage executives' manager calendar and set up meetings</li> <li>Set up personal and online meetings, negotiations with visitors and employees</li> <li>Take minutes during meetings</li> <li>Screen and direct phone calls, set up telephone conversations</li> <li>Make travel and accommodation arrangements (necessary documents, tickets, reservations)</li> <li>Manage workflow correspondence</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><strong>:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:none"> <li>Experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary at least 2 years</li> <li>Flexibility, ability to set priorities in the mode of multitasking, systematic, compliance with deadlines</li> <li>Good knowledge of business etiquette, excellent interpersonal and business communication skills with staff at all levels.</li> <li>Knowledge of office work and system of organizational and administrative documentation</li> <li>PC skills (MS Office), skills in working with office equipment, applications that help optimize time</li> <li>Excellent English — Upper intermediate level (B2) and above</li> </ul> <p>We enable everyone to enjoy beverages and food in the most elegant, safe and responsible way!</p> <p>More details about Vetropack Group looking for <a href="https://www.vetropack.com/en/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">https://www.vetropack.com/en/</a></p>
