POSITION SUMMARY: Advanced Energy is seeking a Line Lead for our 2nd Shift team working on high mix electro-mechanical assembly at the component level in an ISO 7 (Class 10K) cleanroom environment. The person in this position will receive instructions on daily work and new assignments. Duties and tasks are standardized but what is performed will vary day to day. The Line Lead will be required to provide training and direction to fellow team members. Tasks include light setup, operation and troubleshooting of production equipment and tooling including hand soldering, pick and place of micro-electronics, wire bonders, test stands, reflow and convection ovens, CT scanning and optical scope usage. Utilization of MRP software (SAP) and productivity reporting metrics in a workstation/production line along semi-routine manufacturing processes. New hire will spend six (6) to nine (9) month training on 1st shift, but will ultimately take responsibliity for 2nd shift once trained.
