Job Summary The Operations Director leads the overall performance of Cavite PSU manufacturing in the Cavite, Philippines. This leader ensures safe, high-quality, on-time, and cost-efficient printed circuit board assembly through strong operational management, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment with customer and business needs. The role requires a balance of operational discipline, technical knowledge, and strong people leadership to manage daily production, deliver long-term improvements, and build a high performing, engaged workforce. This role reports to VP Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee daily production performance to consistently meet output, cost, and quality targets.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establish and manage production schedules aligned with customer requirements and demand forecasts.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure smooth material flow, equipment readiness, and line balancing to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Take proactive decisions to prevent production delays and ensure commitments are met.</li> </ul> Quality and Compliance <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Enforce strict adherence to product quality standards and workmanship requirements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with the Quality function to resolve production issues, reduce defects, and efficient manufacturing.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support smooth transfer of products into production, ensuring line readiness, proper documentation, and stable performance.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure product changes are implemented in production with minimal disruption.</li> </ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work closely with Planning, Engineering, NPI, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to align plans and resolve bottlenecks.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partner with Finance to track operational costs and deliver productivity improvements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure the organization is staffed, trained, and motivated.</li> </ul> People Leadership and Development <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, annual cost, productivity, and operational performance commitments.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage departmental budgets for labor, materials, equipment, and maintenance.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Track and report performance metrics and recommend actions to meet financial and operational objectives.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master’s degree in business administration or engineering is an advantage.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">At least 15 years of experience in high-technology manufacturing, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong background in power supply operations, process engineering, and large-scale production management.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated track record of improving efficiency, productivity, and quality in complex manufacturing environments.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience managing new product introductions and large-scale production transfers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.</li> <li style="font-family:arial,
