This role supports a wide range of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, printers, wireless scanners, mobile devices, Wi‑Fi access, and other peripherals. The position also delivers Level 2/Level 3 support for AE Infrastructure (servers and IT infrastructure) as required.
