This is a highly visible, <strong>forward-facing leadership role</strong> responsible for connecting planning, material flow, warehouse activity, shipping execution, and supplier follow-up to the broader needs of the site and central teams. You will help shape and drive the plant’s <strong>long-term supply chain strategy</strong>, ensuring the right components are available to keep production lines running while maintaining strong alignment with reporting expectations, business priorities, and operational risk management. The role requires a <strong>dynamic, take-charge leader</strong> who brings strong ownership, can work proactively without waiting for direction, and is comfortable representing the plant in regular cross-functional discussions. You will play an important part in identifying gaps, communicating risks and opportunities, and leading a team that supports core supply chain processes across intake, kitting, scheduling, warehouse, and shipping activities. equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Approximately <strong>5–7 years of relevant experience</strong> in supply chain, materials, planning, logistics, or a related manufacturing environment.</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Prior experience with <strong>inventory management, supply management, and plant-level material coordination</strong> in a production setting.</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Working knowledge of <strong>SAP</strong>;
