At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>工作概况</b></H2> </div><div><p>Project Feasibility Evaluation<br>Participate in new project design review with ECO team to evaluate the new project feasibility in order to ensure the new project is necessary and valuable. <br>Project Cost Estimation<br>(Ⅰ) Estimate the mold cost; <br>(Ⅱ) Participate in the supplier selection and provide recommendation from engineering aspect;<br>in order to control cost and select a qualified supplier.<br>Mold Design<br>(Ⅰ) Communicate with PE,ECO, MDE to clarify design details;<br>(Ⅱ) Assist ECO to optimize the product frame design;<br>(Ⅲ) Set project schedule and technical specification;<br>(Ⅳ) Conduct mold design;<br>(Ⅴ) Conduct the mold design concept review with team member;<br>(Ⅵ) Provide technical support for vendor fabrication<br>in order to ensure the new mold meets all requirements.<br>New Mold Qualification<br>(Ⅰ) Conduct and follow sample making and new mold improvement in order to ensure the new mold meets the schedule.<br>(Ⅱ) Conduct testing and qualification for new mold(complete FSR and CPK) in order to ensure the new mold meets the requirement.<br>(Ⅲ) Release to mass production after getting approval and provide support in order to ensure the transfer to mass production is smooth.<br>Drawing Management and Standardization<br>(Ⅰ) Responsible for drawings packing up and pigeonhole;<br>(Ⅱ) Check all drawings drafting to meet TE Connectivity drawing standard;<br>in order to manage the drawing better to improve efficiency and reduce cost.<br>Production support<br>(Ⅰ) Set the work instruction(WI);<br>(Ⅱ) monitor the process setting meet WI in order to control the product quality; <br>(Ⅲ) Optimize the process parameter, evaluate and drive the improvement plan in order to step up the quality and efficiency</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>职位要求</b></H2> </div><div><p>Bachelor's degree<br>Major in Mechanic or Engineering<br>8 years work experience<br>CET-4 <br>Innovated<br>Self-motivated<br>Communication skills </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>岗位职责与任职要求</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>竞争力</b></H2> </div><div><div>价值观：诚信行事、承担责任、包容并蓄 、锐意创新, 团队合作</div></div></div></div>
