This role connects SAP planning, SOPs, machine operations, and NPI readiness into a practical, visual, and audit-ready system. It ensures operators and supervisors run with certified skills, accurate schedules, and reduced manual work while strengthening cross-functional execution across Manufacturing, QA, ME, SCM, and HR</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Develop and manage operator & maintenance training systems (modules, certification, re-certification)</li> <li>Convert SOP/SWI into visual training (VTR, one-point lessons, checklists)</li> <li>Control training gaps, skill matrix (Lv1–Lv4), and critical skill coverage</li> <li>Translate SAP/production plans into clear line execution schedules</li> <li>Improve plan vs actual tracking and reduce manual data handling</li> <li>Drive NPI readiness: 6M/4M, trial, ramp-up, and handover</li> <li>Ensure reflow/machine operation readiness and discipline</li> <li>Maintain audit-ready training and process documentation</li> <li>Lead weekly performance reviews: training, schedule adherence, gaps</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally and escalate risks proactively</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>Graduated bachelor’s degree in relevant field or Engineering preferred</p> <p>5-7 years’ Experience in manufacturing operations / production supervision</p> <p>Strong knowledge of operator training systems & SOP/SWI execution</p> <p>Experience in production planning or scheduling coordination</p> <p>Familiar with SAP / ERP / MRP processes</p> <p>Understanding of NPI, process readiness, and shopfloor execution</p> <p>Skilled in problem-solving and cross-functional coordination</p> <p>Good English communication for reporting and stakeholder alignment</p> <p>Advantage: Lean/TEOA, skill matrix design, Power BI/Excel, MES knowledge</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)</div></div></div></div>
