To support the PBL business development goal. It’s also one key through TEOA activities in suppliers.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Supplier Continuous Improvement Capability</strong><br>- Support PBL team member high frequency on-site process audit and report out. (ensure the implementation which already been standardized to prevent re-occurrence for customer and internal issues), to enhance<br> supplier's quality meet with TE quality requirement.<br>- Collaborating with SQE/ASQE & supplier to align TE standards (DWG/Cosmetic standard/Sampling method/QIP/BKM/Packaging spec/Change control/Workmanship, etc.)<br>- Support SQE to verify improvement actions of 8D reports<br>- Random spot checking for OQC <br>- On-site check samples/process to ensure good quality of shipment based on TE plan or standard.<br>- On site check 5M1E is followed by supplier<br>- To confirm the effectiveness and accuracy of quality data, to calculate the yield rate<br>- Support SQE/ASQE to follow up quality issue<br>- Coordinate the measurements consistency between suppliers and TE<br>- On-site Supplier training. (BKM/documentation/inspection/calibration method, etc.)<br>- On-site Supplier FQA/inspector/QC qualification.<br>- Summarize the findings, actions and data efficiently.<br>- Confidentiality Responsibilities: abide by TE confidentiality rules.<br>- Other work from supervisor arrangement" </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Education, Technical Qualification & Experience</strong><br>- Associate degree (or above) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.<br>- 1-2 years on-site front production management experience is basic.<br>- Over 2 years’ working experience in Lean & 6sigma or Industrial Engineering or in related continuous improvement function areas<br>- Working experience in connector, Cable assembly, Cage assembly, Antenna manufacturing is a plus. <br><br><strong>Personal Attributes & Competencies </strong><br>- Lead at least one successful Lean / 6sigma green belt project is basic.<br>- Have knowledge of the supplier management, be aware of ISO9001/IATF16949 is preferred. <br>- Ability for periodic travel required.
