With more than 85,000 employees, including 9,000 engineers, working alongside custome</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Roles & Responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>ROLE OBJECTIVE</strong> <br>This position is responsible for end-to-end Product Development projects leading cross functional team with KPI’s as Launch on Time, Budget, Cost & Quality.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p><br>• Lead multiple high complex Migration, New Product Development projects with end-to-end ownership of projects. <br>• Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions. Work with PM/PJM and PDE to understand customer NPI requirements<br>• Work with footprint PJM and Sourcing to Identify project goal and scope and requirements for migration project<br>• Work with Sourcing and PBL supplier for Qualification, get engineering support if needed<br>• Workout project framework/timeline, use WBS to identify deliverables and tasks in projects<br>• Lead to work out project capital and expenses spending plan, capacity plan, cost model and project P&L (W/O PJM)<br>• Workout project tooling development or migration timeline, including tooling development (or transfer) and qualification, sample making and delivery, product qualification and GTP<br>• Stay interlocked with PjM, review and monitor projects progress and drive for implementation. Ensure successful execution to overall project timeline<br>• Support tooling order and / or sample order to supplier, lead Micro Lite project and QNPI<br>• Drive sample delivery on time, drive qualification and production document on schedule, system setup and safe launch on time<br>• Responsible for defining & managing the project scope, budget, resource, schedule, change, Risk, communication<br>• Identify the risks, issue, and manage the associated corrective action plans, addressing and resolving issues/impediments in project.<br>• Lead the decision-making process at project level.<br>• Stakeholder management – Manages stakeholder expectations. Setting up cadence with stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.<br><br></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Must Have Skills:</b></H2> </div><div><p>• In depth understanding of Gate process in Product development. <br>• Extensive experience in project planning & execution.<br>• Experience in effective project management strategies and good project management mindset.<br>• Experience in Stakeholder management, requirement management.<br>• Extensive experience in Leading teams to success, collaborate across boundaries, track results, and develop Communication and responsibility matrix.<br>• Good presentation and excellent communication skills.<br>• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communications skills, ability to communicate Globally at all levels internally and externally.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<br>• Proficient in project ROI analysis (NPV, IRR, Payback period).</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>PREFERABLE</strong></p> <p><br>• Experience in Terminal and connector industry or products.<br>• Understanding of manufacturing processes (Moulding, stamping, plating).<br>• Ability to work in fast-paced, team- oriented environment.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>RELATIONSHIPS</strong></p> <p><br>This position will interface with the following: <br>• Senior Leadership<br>• Product Management<br>• Marketing & Sales<br>• Product Engineering<br>• Plant Engineering & Sourcing<br>• Finance<br>• Testing Labs </p></div></div></div>
