This role works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Global Product Data teams to ensure product data is correctly created, updated, and maintained to support daily operations and new product introductions (NPI).</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Product Data Maintenance & Support</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Create, update, and validate product master data in SAP / PLM systems, including:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li>Material master data</li> <li>BOM</li> <li>Routing, work center and basic production parameters</li> </ul> <li>Perform data checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards</li> <li>Support execution of Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECN) by updating system data and tracking status</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operational & Regional Support</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Support APAC plants with product data requests and and daily execution needs</li> <li>Assist in data preparation for NPI builds, pilot runs, and production ramp‑ups</li> <li>Coordinate with Manufacturing, PM, Quality, Sourcing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to resolve data‑related issues</li> <li>Participate in UAT, data validation, or system change support as assigned</li> <li>Annual re-costing support</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process & Improvement Support</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Follow global product data governance rules, templates, and work instructions</li> <li>Support data clean‑up activities, audits, and reporting</li> </ul> <p>Assist in process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree or above with an engineering or technical background</li> <li>0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)</li> <li>Internship or exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP systems is a plus</li> <li>Strong Excel skills preferred</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Good collaboration and communication skills</li> <li>Analytical mindset with focus on data accuracy and consistency</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
