Lead Bulk Cable technical organization in Penang (Lab Tech, PDE & MPDEs)<br>2. Allocates resources, monitors bulk cable NPI schedule, and periodically review cable performance and team’s work to ensure timely completion and get excellent performance. <br>2. Provide leadership, coaching and training to engineers. <br>3. Identifies the priority of new product development potentials to draft process technology roadmaps and key initiatives.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <p><strong>Cross-function exchange and collaboration </strong><br>1. Lead Bulk Cable technical organization in Penang (Lab Tech, PDE & MPDEs)<br> <br><strong>Resources Allocation and Budget Control</strong><br>1. Adjust department resources based on work tasks and emergency procedures.<br>2. Make and control the resource and budget for bulk cable development and further study.<br>3. Work with Bulk Cable Engineering team include TENB team and TEDG team, support bulk cable NPI/transfer to Penang. </p> <p><strong>Developing the team</strong><br>1. Applies mastery of the bulk cable knowledge and experience to resolving complex issues during the development.<br>2.Provides training and mentorship to other professional engineers. </p> <p><strong>Review and confirm the daily work</strong><br>1. Review and confirm the team's daily work to ensure the accuracy, include the design, drawing, spec, data and report.<br>2.Review and confirm the systems and works are comply with TE policy.<br>3. Handling of emergencies in daily work<br> <br><strong>Key Process Technology Development</strong><br>Involve and support (including allocate resource and provide advice) key process technology development in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and achieve operation excellence.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong style="font-size:12.0pt">Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering.</li> <li>10 years min. working experience in bulk cable design or manufacturing.</li> <li>3 years team management experience.</li> <li>Familiar with bulk cable knowledge, bulk cable manufacturing knowledge and machines knowledge.</li> <li>Can work under the deadline pressure.</li> <li>Drive for results, good problem solving skills.</li> <li>Good communication skill, integrity, accountability and passion, Integrity, accountability, team work.</li> <li>Good communication, interpersonal and management skills<br> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)</div></div></div></div>
