They will work closely with global stakeholders to help document, analyze, and improve procurement processes. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>KEY RESPONSBILITIES:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>3+ years of experience in process analysis, operations, procurement, analytics, or a related role.</li> <li>Support process improvement initiatives using Lean and basic Six Sigma tools.</li> <li>Analyze process and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities</li> <li>Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and standard work instructions</li> <li>Build and maintain simple workflows and digital solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, and related automation tools</li> <li>Leverage AI enabled tools and analytics to support efficiency analysis, reporting, and insight generation</li> <li>Support future state process design activities and participate in implementation and testing efforts.</li> <li>Collaborate with global procurement stakeholders to ensure processes and tools are understood and adopted.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">DESIRED SKILLS:</H2> </div><div><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.<br>• Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred (Green Belt a plus, but not required).<br>• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience working with data.<br>• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.<br>• Experience or exposure to low code / no code tools such as Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, or similar platforms.<br>• Some coding exposure (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar), including interest in tools such as Streamlit for data visualization or workflow support.<br>• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.<br>• Detail oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast paced, evolving organization.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
