Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, you will contribute to the design, validation, scaling, deployment, and support of cutting-edge data center power solutions.<br>We are seeking individuals who excel at turning ambiguous requirements into precise, highly constrained solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) design, exceptional simulation and lab measurement skills, and proven experience in designing and manufacturing power products.<br> <br>As the Power Integrity Engineer, a typical day may include:<br>• Design, validate, and characterize power conversion and delivery systems for large compute infrastructure<br>• Develop power distribution products, such as cables, connectors, and bus bars, for 800+V, 20+kA server racks and data center applications<br>• Create simulation models, plan and execute simulation suites<br>• Correlate simulation results with measured lab data to validate models.<br>• Work with vendors to specify, procure, and validate new designs<br>• Measure and characterize AC response, parasitics, and impedance of the power products.<br>• Identify and resolve electrical issues by performing hands-on testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.<br>• Prepare detailed documentation and reports to support product development and validation<br>• Drive high-value development projects that will require you to lead and interface with large groups<br>• Manage technical collaboration with customers and align internal development efforts to meet technical and functional requirements.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications:</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience. <br>• Generally requires 10 years of electrical engineering work experience and 5+ years experience in power conversation and distribution<br>• Experience using electrical design tools and software packages such as Spice, Allegro, PowerDC, Ansys Q3D<br>• Knowledge of voltage converter architectures<br>• Familiarity with High Voltage, 3-phase electrical systems is a plus<br>• Comfortable using different instruments such as network analyzer, oscilloscope, signal generator, scope and other related test equipment to measure the eye diagram<br>• The geographically dispersed group requires that the candidate be self-motivating with the ability to take the initiative to accomplish tasks with limited direction<br>• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences<br>• Effectively able to build relationships with external customers and industry leaders as well as internally across all levels, disciplines, and geographies<br>• Ability to spend 25% of your time traveling </p></div></div></div>
